Rylan Clark expresses his sadness over the death of his beloved This Morning co-star

RYLAN Clark has expressed his anger over the death of a This Morning co-star.

Matty Lock, who appeared on the show review He suckled several times and tragically died at the age of 19.

This Morning paid its respects today, sharing: “Everyone at This Morning is shocked and saddened to hear of the death of Matty Lock, aged just 19.”

“He was a delightful young man, a pleasure to work with and his passion for vacuum cleaners and general mechanics was infectious. His family came to the studio and were so proud that he had turned a childhood hobby into a career.

“We will miss him and extend our condolences to his family.”

Rylan, who previously presented the ITV daytime show, commented: “God this is really sad. Sending love x”

Matty was known for his devotion to vacuum cleaners, a hobby he began when he was just two years old.

The young man was also a popular Labor Party member in Sefton and Merseyside and was recently elected as a councilor in Maghull.

He was also a local councilor in Lydiate.

Labor deputy leader Angela Rayner said: “Incredibly sad.” News, Matty has done so much for his community. My love and prayers go out to his friends and family.”

Speaking about his passion for vacuum cleaners, Matty has said in the past: “I get them on eBay or find them in skips and people have even started leaving them outside my back door.”

“I can buy a broken machine for about £5, repair it and resell it for £50.”
