A teacher has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a male student for five months.
Siobhan McLean, 33, is accused of repeatedly kissing and having sexual intercourse with the 15-year-old.
She is also said to have sent him sexual messages on social media.
This allegedly happened at various locations in Lanarkshire and Stirling.
An indictment alleges McLean was in a “position of trust” with the boy, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, at a school in Lanarkshire.
Prosecutors further allege she met him in Stirling and intended to engage in “unlawful sexual activity” with or in his presence during or after the meeting.
McLean appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court in November last year and was released on bail.
But she faces a third charge alleging she drove her car near the school the boy attended in December.
It is alleged she waved at him, made him get into her vehicle and communicated with him.
Her bail conditions said she was not allowed to approach or have contact with the boy and another girl and had no contact with children under 16.
All allegations are said to have taken place between May and December last year.
McLean, of Airdrie, Lanarkshire, was due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court again today but the case was adjourned.
No pleas have been made to any of the three allegations she faces.
She is due to appear in the dock next month.
