Seattle Police: 1 person killed in fiery crash near Lumen Field

SEATTLE – Police say one person was killed in a violent collision near Lumen Field early Thursday morning.
The Seattle Police Department said the one-vehicle collision occurred after midnight along the southbound ramp of SR99.
According to police, the fire started in the SUV, killing the only person inside. Investigators believe alcohol was a factor in the crash, which closed South Dearborn Street and Alaskan Way South near Lumen Field.
