SEATTLE – The Seattle Police Department (SPD) is asking the public for help identifying a man suspected of throwing a bag of human feces into the yard of a City of Seattle council member.

Sawant sent a letter to the mayor and the SPD, in part saying:

Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell released a statement in response to the letter that read:
