Astrid, an avid Chelsea fan, posted the short clip to her TikTok page, wanting to “cheer up” to some construction workers working behind her.
It is not clear where the footage was taken.
At the beginning of the clip, Astrid is standing in front of a large, partially open window with a construction site in the background.
While the workers are in the distance, they can be seen in yellow safety vests and hard hats.
Astrid wears a black t-shirt and tight-fitting shorts.
She then opens the window wider and yells, “Hey, I’ve got something for you.”
The social media star then lifts her top as the footage zooms in on two workers who appear less than impressed with the stunt.
Astrid’s video caused a stir both on TikTok, where it has been viewed more than 257,000 times, and on Twitter.
The star has been thrust into the spotlight almost everywhere by social media users.
Aston Villa fan and political commentator Emily Hewerston retweeted the clip to her 131,000 followers, writing: “Imagine a man doing something like that to a group of women…”
In response, one Twitter user wrote, “Honestly when it comes to this girl this is just the tip of the iceberg.”
Another posted: “When I get some women’s attention and take a helicopter ride in the window of the Premier Inn…I spend time in a cell.”
Other commenters called her “pathetic”.
Some saw the funny side, with one writing: “I need a cheer up too.”
