Shoppers are racing to The Body Shop after store slashes prices to just £1 …but you better be quick

Hands up if you’re guilty of spending a small fortune on beauty products.
Well, if you’re a fan of The Body Shop then you’re in luck… because you can now snap up hugely discounted bargains in the store’s mega sale – and prices start from just £1.
Go to the Money Saving Facebook Group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UKone veteran shopper shared a snap of her bargain purchases from the store’s popular lemon-scented range.
She captioned the picture: “The Body Shop is discontinuing this range so there were bargains today.”
The heavily discounted items include The Body Shop’s Lemon Purifying Hand Wash, which has been reduced from £10 to £1.
It has a bright citrus scent and is infused with natural lemon essential oil, known for its cleansing properties, helping to wash away bacteria and impurities, leaving hands feeling squeaky clean.
In addition, the bottle is fully recyclable and also suitable for vegans.
The eagle-eyed shopper also managed to snap up the Lemon Purifying Face Wash, which has been reduced from £12 to just £1, a saving of a whopping £11.

The only product description reads: “Squirt a drop of our ‘Lemon Purifying Face Wash’ into the palms of your hands and massage into damp skin to deeply cleanse your complexion.”
“Perceive the gentle citrus scent. Rinse with cold water and feel instantly refreshed.”
Since then, the post has received an impressive 222 likes and over 57 comments from beauty fans across the country, many of whom are keen to snag a bargain.
“Thanks for sharing – this is a bargain,” praised one.
A second gushed: “No this is my favorite range, which store was that?”
The excited shopper replied: “Trowbridge, Wiltshire.”
A third asked: “Oh my god, is this all Body Shops?”
Meanwhile, a fourth added: “I’ve never seen such cheap stuff on me. Wow!!”

It’s not the first time shoppers have gone on a bargain shopping spree in recent weeks.

One savvy shopper shared a photo of Home Bargains’ replica, called Camomile Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm, which contains 100ml of the product for just £1.99.
And it looks very similar to The Body Shop’s Chamomile Cleansing Butter, which comes in at £12 for 90ml of product.
Along with the snap, she wrote: “Good dupe for the Body Shop One Home bargain price of just £1.99!”
