By submitting videos or photos to 6abc, you confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant us this license to use them, including the following:

• You confirm that you took the picture/video and own the copyright. Or you certify that you are the authorized representative of the copyright owner. In addition, you confirm that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license to use them.
• You grant WPVI-TV, on behalf of 6abc, non-exclusive permission to reproduce, use and edit the Image/Video on any platform and in any media (now known or hereafter developed), including but not limited to broadcast, online , streaming and social media for any purpose including but not limited to promotional purposes, globally and permanently.
• You grant WPVI-TV permission on behalf of 6abc to distribute the Image/Video to WPVI-TV’s licensees, including but not limited to other ABC-owned broadcasters, affiliates, partners, assigns and other licensees for their Use on all platforms, in all media (now known or later developed), including but not limited to broadcast, online, streaming and social media, for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, worldwide and in perpetuity.
• You understand that you will not receive any payment or license fee for use under this Agreement; that WPVI-TV has no obligation on behalf of 6abc to use, edit or distribute the Material; and that you have no right to review or approve any use of the material.
