Soap stars and fans are paying tribute to the tragic death of soap star Billy Miller at the age of 43
The Young & and the Restless, General Hospital and All My Children star was reportedly struggling with manic depression at the time of his death – a cause of death has not yet been announced.
The soap opera world is mourning the tragic loss of one of its friends. Bill Miller, famous for his long runs on both The young and the restless And General Hospital died at the age of 43.
While an exact cause of death has not yet been announced, TMZ reports that Miller was struggling with manic depression at the time of his death. He died on Friday in Austin, Texas.

Miller began his long soap opera career as a series star All my children in 2007, where he played Richie Novak. The following year he left the ship The young and the restlesswhere he played Billy Abbott for the next six years, appearing in over 700 episodes.
The prolific actor changed shows again in 2014 and found himself at General Hospitalwhere he played both Jason Morgan and Drew Cain until his departure in 2019. Since then he has appeared at Serious crimes, Suits, Ray Donovanand enjoyed a recurring role in To be honest.
For his work The young and the restless, Miller has won the Daytime Emmy Award three times. He was nominated a total of six times across his two main series.
Following his death, friends and colleagues, as well as soap opera fans, paid tribute to Miller. “I am devastated to hear the news of the passing of the incredibly talented Billy Miller.
