THE STAR of an iconic TV show wowed viewers after he was spotted dining at a popular Glasgow restaurant.
Tommy Flanagan, 58, surprised fans after he was spotted at the Amber Regent restaurant in the city centre.
The ‘Sons of Anarchy’ star, who played Filip ‘Chibs’ Telford on the hit series, dined at the family-run Cantonese restaurant over the weekend after visiting Glasgow.
The restaurant, which has been in business for more than 30 years, shared snaps with the Braveheart actor while he was there on its social media pages.
Amber Regent wrote on Instagram, “Sons of Anarchy star Tommy Flanagan headed into town for a bite to eat over the weekend.”
“Of course he chose to dine at the Amber Regent!
“An absolute gentleman and as cool as it gets.”
Devoted fans flocked to the comments to compliment the great actor.
One person said: “Brilliant, wish we’d gone now.”
Another added: “Great actor.”
Someone else posted: “I love him!”
It’s not the first time a Hollywood star has stopped by the popular restaurant.
Samuel L. Jackson also visited the restaurant during filming in the city.
At that time they said: “Look at this! Legend Samuel L. Jackson stopped by for a meal during a break from filming his latest movie, Damaged.
“He was kind enough to take a few selfies with the staff after enjoying some of our signature dishes with his co-stars.
“Another A-lister has been added to Amber Regent’s Wall of Fame!”
