Starbucks is selling its cold-pressed juice brand as the company focuses on the coffee beverage business and improving its stores and relationships with its cafe staff under the interim CEO Howard Schultz.

Fresh food producer Bolthouse Farms Inc. said it has agreed to buy Starbucks’ Evolution Fresh juice line, which is currently sold in Starbucks cafes and supermarkets. Terms of the deal, which Bolthouse said is expected to close by the end of the year, were not disclosed. Starbucks said the financial impacts of the deal were not expected to be material.
