There are tons of PC games that you can download and play for free.

Many smaller game developers release their games for free on Steam to get player feedback.

You can download these games and keep them for life, so there’s no harm in trying them out.

However, be aware that they are still in the playtesting phase and are likely to be a bit rough around the edges. So don’t expect a triple A experience.

Six games have been released today (10th August), all of which are free to download and keep.

The first is Project F, a team-based FPS shooter where players team up in teams of five to eliminate their opponents.

The map is procedurally generated, which means you’ll fight in a different arena each time.

Trans Ops is a fast-paced third-person tactical shooter with eight different game modes and original maps.

Can Strike is a different take on the FPS genre where you play a union worker who is on strike.

Your company sends a wave of robots after you to stop the strike and you have to fight back and fight them off.

The most promising shooter on the list is Vipertrace, an FPS with an interesting neon art style.

This one is more tongue-in-cheek and people might appreciate the humor in this part.

If you fancy something from a different genre, Unsorted Horror is a collection of five different short horror games.

This game comes highly recommended by gamers, and many of them say they would be happy to pay for the breathtaking experience.

The last game on the list is Post-Apo Builder: Prologue, a management simulator in which you’ll help a base trying to recover from the apocalypse.

All of these games are free to play, so feel free to try what you like.

Here you will find all new games released for free on Steam.
