The fourth season of Netflix’s sci-fi series is split into two episodes, with the first set to be released on Netflix on May 27 and the second on July 1, 2022. The total season includes nine volumes.

Its newly announced soundtrack will also be released in two parts, each shared on the same release date as the show itself. The CD and cassette editions will then launch on September 9 of this year, before the vinyl editions follow later this year.

The first offer from the soundtrack, Journey’s ‘Worlds Apart’ remix by Bryce Miller and Alloy Tracks, is available to stream below.

The soundtrack promises to bring “mainstream music covering various eras and classical styles like in Strange Things 4.”

The synopsis for season four reads: “It’s been six months since the Battle of Starcourt, a battle that brought terror and destruction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends had to separate for the first time – and navigating the intricacies of high school didn’t make things any easier. In this most vulnerable time, a new and terrifying supernatural threat emerges, presenting a terrible mystery that, if solved, could finally end the horrors of Reverse Tear. . ”

The show’s creators, Duffer Brothers, also confirmed Strange things will end with season five. However, they have been implementing suggested by-products.

“There are still many other interesting stories to tell in the world of Stranger Things; new mysteries, new adventures, new unexpected heroes,” the Duffer Brothers wrote earlier this year. “But first, we hope that you will stay with us as we wrap up this story about a strong girl named Eleven and her brave friends, about a badass sheriff. broken and a fierce mother, of a small town called Hawkins and an alternate dimension known only as upside down. “

The show’s star, Millie Bobby Brown, has described the new season as the toughest one she’s ever filmed, teasing what to expect from Eleven’s plot.
