The 39-year-old mother of three showed off her toned physique as she posed on a surfboard in Ibiza.

Helen, who reached the final of the BBC dance competition last year, wowed her followers as she shared some hot snaps on social media.
She captioned the shots, “Honey it’s better … I’m so thankful for a few days in the sun with some of my loved ones to mark their milestone birthday.”

Helen wore one Pink In the pictures, she wears a tie-dye bikini while wearing her blonde locks up on her head.
She was wearing sunglasses and holding a cool drink.

Helen’s former Strictly friends Giovanni Pernice and Richie Anderson also agreed.
Giovanni commented that Ibiza was the “best place” while Richie told Helen to “have a good time”.

The busy mum shares her children with her ex-husband Richie Myler, who she split from last year.
It was recently revealed that her ex-husband Richie had given birth to a baby with his girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill just 11 months after splitting with Helen.
The rugby player’s coach Rohan Smith confirmed the Leeds Rhinos star had given birth to a baby with Stephanie – less than a year after his split from Strictly star Helen, 39.
The Rhinos boss said: “Richie spent a lot of time on this hospital with the birth of his new little baby, so we gave him a little time off to settle in at home.
