Strictly’s Gorka Marquez shares adorable family photos from ‘last weekend’ at home ahead of first live show

STRICTLY’s Gorka Marquez has shared a series of adorable family photos during his “last weekend” at home ahead of the first live show.

Gorka, 33, lives with her fiancée Gemma Atkinson and their two children, four-year-old daughter Mia and newborn son Thiago.

Gemma, 38, gave birth to Thiago at the end of July and Gorka has enjoyed a precious few weeks with his family.

But now the professional dancer has to say goodbye to his loved ones as he heads to Strictly rehearsals with his new boyfriend celebrity Partner, Nikita Kanda.

The pair were brought together during the Strictly launch show on Saturday evening, with the first live show taking place next Saturday.

Taking to Instagram, Gorka shared a series of adorable pictures and videos from his last weekend at home.

One Snap saw him cuddling up to Mia and father and daughter both smiling at the camera.

Another saw Gemma holding Thiago in her arms while Mia looked on sweetly and touched her little brother.

In one video, the little one could also be seen giving his new sibling a kiss on the forehead, while another picture showed Mia in front of the television.

The cheeky Spaniard also showed off Gemma’s bum in tight black leggings and a white T-shirt as she stood with her back to him.

Gorka captioned the snaps, “The last one home for a while…” and a love heart emoji.

Gorka’s Strictly colleagues were quick to comment, with Nancy Xu sharing an array of purple love heartswhile Karen Hauer commented: “Beautiful” alongside a green love heart.

Meanwhile, his fans also reacted and wrote: “Good luck to Strictly Gorka. You have a beautiful family.”

Another added: “Awww beautiful with Mia and her little brother.”
