Super Bowl 2023: Philadelphia Eagles will wear midnight green jerseys in game vs. Kansas City Chiefs

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — The Philadelphia Eagles will rock midnight green jerseys when they take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 57.

The team showed off the new threads Tuesday when the Super Bowl LVII patches were sewn on.

Fans are already paying thousands to get to the big game.

Bryn Mawr’s Gary Zimmer and Lisa Cain decided to fulfill a lifetime dream and see the Eagles live and in person in the Super Bowl.

“It’s going to be a little over $20,000,” said Gary Zimmer. “We got engaged a few months ago and we were on a wonderful vacation together…she said to me, ‘You know, if the Eagles make it to the Super Bowl, we can honeymoon in Arizona and go have our honeymoon.’ I immediately said ‘yes’.”

And if you wish to purchase your package from the Eagles, you will be directed to On Location, the NFL’s official hospitality partner.

A package that includes game day tickets, an exclusive pregame party, and a tailgate experience starts at $4,973 per person.

Flight and hotel packages start at $10,000 per person.

According to StubHub, the average price of tickets sold is more than $7,500, and Eagles fans lead the way in ticket sales, accounting for 20% of revenue.
