Bubbly radio host Tallia donned form-fitting gym clothes and pulled her blonde locks into a ponytail.

And proved she was up to the challenge by completing a range of exercises including the rowing machine and SkiErg.

The Scottish singer announced that she is completing a 30-day fitness challenge at the gym.

She said, “Happy, steady and hardest-working valley 2023. Fitness Frontier 30-day slay we move on.”

“It’s about you VS yourself, stop comparing yourself to others’ journeys and be the version of YOU you were born to be.”

She joked, “I didn’t even have to give up alcohol.”

Friends and fans of the reality star flocked to social media today with plenty of positive comments.

Including her mother and “Real Housewives of Jersey” star Tessa Hartmann, who wrote, “I’m exhausted just watching you.”

Love Island’s Megan Barton Hanson showed her support by sending fire emojis to her pal.

A third commented: “This is so hot. You almost gave me a heart attack.”

One added: “Hard work pays off.”

Tallia found fame at the age of 13 after wowing the judges on The X Factor.

Since then, the Scottish singer has appeared on a number of reality shows including Celebs Go Dating.

In 2014, she dated Brooklyn Beckham for 18 months.

And dated Chelsea player Harvey Vale before calling off their tumultuous romance last year.

She told The Sun: “I’m very single. I think it’s difficult. I think I’m very intimidating.

“I turn a lot of people off, but I think that’s because I’m very focused on my career and my work and I need a man who fits in.”
