Taylor Swift can’t resist a bad boy as Travis Kelce threw chair at teacher, battled drug habit & dated 50 women at once

THE romance rumors started before they were spotted together – and now Taylor Swift and NFL star Travis Kelce have finally “gone public”.

The Shake It Off singer sat next to Travis’ mother Donna and cheered him on as his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, thrashed Chicago Bears 41-10 this weekend.

The pair were later seen leaving Arrowhead Stadium together, with Taylor wearing a Chiefs jacket around his waist and grinning like the cat that got the cream.

The “date” comes a week after Travis, 33, called his older brother Jason, a Philadelphia Eagles star, “ridiculous” for telling a talk show that rumors of the couple’s romance were “too “100 percent true.”

“That guy is ridiculous,” Travis said. “He can’t escape the damn headlines. Everyone please stop asking my brother about my love life.”

But he admitted he had been stalking the 33-year-old pop star since he saw her play at the arena in July.

He told Pat McAfee, “I threw the ball into her court and said to her, ‘I saw you rocking the stage at Arrowhead.’ “Maybe you need to come and watch me rock the stage at Arrowhead and see which one is a little brighter.”

“We’ll see what happens in the near future.”

After accepting the invitation, Taylor, who split from The 1975 singer Matty Healy in June, may want to revisit one of her old lyrics: “I Knew You Were Trouble.”

From smoking weed in school to dating 50 women at once, we take a look at the $65 million football player’s checkered past.

Expelled from preschool

Growing up in Cleveland with only a 23-month age difference, brothers Jason and Travis were always competitive and gave mother Donna a lot of headaches.

“It’s a lot of broken windows, a lot of accidents, a lot of fights… and Travis was always the trigger because he wanted his brother’s attention,” said banker Donna.

Jason – whose Eagles team was beaten by Travis in this year’s Super Bowl – also commented on their sibling rivalry, telling NFL Films: “Two years age difference, so Travis grew up in the typical manner of his younger brothers.” Other possibilities, to gain the upper hand – and that was the most annoying thing of all.”

Travis’ competitive drive got him into trouble at a young age and led to him being kicked out of preschool for refusing to share a draft set with others.

“I kept winning and the teacher told me, ‘You know, Travis, you have to share,’ and I was like, ‘That’s not how it works,'” Travis said, adding that he then “took the chair I was sitting on , knocked over.” at her.”

Although he excelled in both football and baseball at school, Travis admits that he failed several exams and was more interested in smoking drugs than studying.

“This just goes to show you that if you suck at school and smoke weed, you can win the Super Bowl twice,” he said.

But his drug addiction almost ended his athletic career after he followed his brother to university Cincinnati with a football scholarship.

In his first year in 2009, he was kicked off the team after failing a drug test – but Jason stepped in and arranged for Travis to move in with him so he could “keep an eye on him.”

He persuaded the team coach to give him a second chance.

“I never really asked how he got me back on the team,” Travis told Sports Illustrated. “That was because my brother was just a big brother, watching over me every step of the way and fighting for success.”

After signing with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011, generous Jason bought his brother a new Ford F-150 – which was stolen less than 10 hours later while Travis was hanging out at a strip club in Cleveland.

“He didn’t tell me there was a spare key in the glove compartment,” Travis later admitted. “I had the key. I just didn’t lock the car. Strippers caught me!”

Travis was signed by the Kansas City Chiefs and has become an NFL legend. He is considered the league’s best tight end – an attacking position – and earned £53 million over his ten-year career.

He has also enjoyed his fame with infamous celebratory dances that have been viewed millions of times on social media – he has 2.9 million followers on Instagram.

He even had his own dating show, Catch Kelce, where he dated 50 women at once.

The E! 2016 The show featured women from 50 states vying for a date with the player.

He ultimately chose Kentucky’s Maya Benberry, despite calling her “arrogant” on the show.

He told her: “I’ve been attracted to women like that my whole life and those relationships haven’t worked out because of that. I don’t want that anymore.”

But he apparently changed his mind and the couple dated for eight months before splitting at the end of 2016.

Cheating rumors

Travis quickly moved on with sports journalist and influencer Kayla Nicole and followed her on Instagram before they met.

But after he went public with the relationship in 2017, Maya accused him of cheating on her for a month, posting: “When you and your ex broke up five months ago but you found out through social media that he supposedly already has been living in another relationship.” six…”

She also claimed that Travis messaged her in early 2017, claiming he was still single.

Kayla and Travis split in 2020 amid rumors of his infidelity, which he strenuously denied on social media, saying, “This is fake news… a lie… and not the reason Kayla and I broke up.” Please take all your hate somewhere else.

The couple quickly got back together, with Travis raving in November 2020, “She’s the best, she’s the absolute best.”

But in 2022, shortly after Kayla told her followers she was “ready to be a woman,” they split for good.

The couple were quick to deny rumors that the split had gone beyond his “50/50 rule” – which said his girlfriend had to split everything equally despite his millions.

Travis said she has a “financially stable life” but added: “You’d have to be crazy to think I never helped her or gave her a few thousand to get something to eat or she gave me something.” Given money to take home.” Get something to eat… we were in a relationship for five years.

“A hundred dollars here, a hundred dollars there wasn’t even thought of.”

Nicole tweeted: “I don’t know where you got this nonsense from but it’s absurd and very wrong.”

Despite the split, Kayla remained close to Travis’ mother Donna, whom she once praised as “one of the kindest, most thoughtful and hard-working people I know.”

“Secret plan”

While they were only seen in public this weekend, a US source said Taylor and Travis had been “quietly hanging out” for months after meeting in New York.

Chiefs fans have jokingly suggested that Eagles fan Taylor has a secret plan to sabotage the team that will culminate in her playing the Super Bowl in a blown-up Eagles jacket.

But Taylor seems to have really embraced the WAG role as she cheered him on at Arrowhead Stadium.

It looks like it’s a case of Look What You Made Me do, as the singer switches allegiances and goes full-time behind the Chiefs.
