TBI issues Silver Alert for Murfreesboro woman with medical condition

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations (TBI) on Wednesday issued a silver alert for a missing 60-year-old Murfreesboro woman with an illness.

According to the Murfreesboro Police Department and TBI, Desiree Rankin may be traveling in a white 2019 Toyota Highlander with the Tennessee tag 2T6-5R2.

According to TBI, Rankin is 5’8″, weighs 160 pounds, has gray hair and blue eyes. She is also reportedly suffering from an illness that could affect her ability to return safely.

Anyone who has spotted the SUV or has information about her whereabouts is asked to call the Murfreesboro Police Department at (615) 893-1311 or TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
