Teen confesses to killing someone during Instagram video call

BENSALEM, Pennsylvania (WPVI) — A 16-year-old teenager is said to have confessed to killing someone on Instagram in Bensalem.

Police say they found a teenage victim shot dead at the Top of the Ridge trailer park on Gibson Road.

The suspect reportedly video-called his 16-year-old girlfriend and told her he had killed someone.

The friend told police the suspect turned the video camera around and showed the victim’s bloodied feet.

The girl told her mother, who immediately called the police.

The suspect allegedly asked his friend to help dispose of the body.

Police say there is substantial evidence someone attempted to clean up the crime scene.

The suspect was found and arrested.

The 16-year-old suspect was taken to a juvenile detention center without bail.

He faces multiple charges including criminal murder, possession of criminal instruments, and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.
