Ten-year-old rapist arrested in kid crimewave sweeping UK – here’s the area with nation’s worst child offenders

Avon and Somerset Police – 2,320 arrests. Three under-15s arrested for murdering a baby aged one year or older. 116 arrests for sex offenses, including a child tied up for sexual activity with a family member.

Bedfordshire Police – 113 arrests. An 11 year old man. Three people arrested for sex offenses (data available for 2018 only)

Cambridgeshire Police – 1,700 arrests. Including a 12-year-old girl who was arrested for murder but never charged. Boy, 12, arrested for raping boy under 13.

Cleveland Police Department – 2,031 arrests including: an 11-year-old boy who raped a boy under 13, a 10-year-old kidnapper and an 11-year-old arsonist. There were 42 rapes committed by boys on children aged 0 to 16.

Cumbria Police – 1,331 arrests, including 10 youths, involved in a complex fraud operation ranging from lottery and dating scams to loan fraud and fake vacation rentals.
