“That 70s Show” Danny Masterson Sentenced to 30 Years in Prison for R*pe!!

“That ’70s Show” star Danny Masterson was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison for raping two women.

“Mr. Masterson, I know that you sit here steadfastly on your claim of innocence and therefore undoubtedly feel like a victim of a justice system that has failed you,” Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo said before she did Verdict announced. “But Mr. Masterson, you are not the victim here.”

“Mr. Masterson, you are not the victim here. Your actions 20 years ago took away another person’s choice and voice. “Your actions 20 years ago today were criminal, and that is why you are here,” Olmedo said in court.

The actor and Scientologist pleaded not guilty to three counts of rape after three women came forward and claimed he raped them between 2001 and 2003.

After a mistrial last December, prosecutors went back to trial earlier this year, where a second jury found Masterson guilty on May 31 of sexually assaulting Jen B. and N. Trout. However, the panel was deadlocked on the third count, which involved Chrissy B..
