I don’t think it’s a coincidence that Netflix has this It: chapter one Arriving on the platform this month, just a few weeks after the arrival of stranger things Season 4. It was a huge hit when it debuted in 2017 and it has a very similar vibe to stranger thingseven shared a main star in Finn Wolfhard.

Based on Stephen King’s book of the same name, it is a coming-of-age supernatural horror film set in the late 1980s. The story follows a group of outcast children who discover something terrible is feeding on people in Derry, Maine. As the film progresses, they realize that the creature is an ancient, shape-shifting evil that comes to town to hunt children every 27 years.

If you’ve seen the memes or heard of the killer clown known as Pennywise, you probably got the gist of the story. It doesn’t look like it at the moment It: chapter two only now coming to netflix but the first movie is the best anyway!
