The Covacure Beach Blanket beach mat is available on Amazon for just £17.99.

It is made of “patented” material technology“Polyester that prevents sand from sticking to it, even when it’s wet.

It also features three zipped pockets to stash things like your phone and wallet.

It comes with four nails also so that you can fix it in the sand.

Don’t worry about it taking up too much space either – it packs backpacks the size of a cellphone and weighs only 38g.

There were hundreds of reviews on Amazon, many with four or five stars.

One person wrote: “I put this up at the entrance of a beach tent so we had a big sand free area.”

“Best of all, after walking on it with wet sandy feet, it dried in no time and I ended up just picking it up and all the sand fell off. No drama.”

“It’s so small I carry it in my pocket every time I go to the beach.”

Another person agreed: “So much better than any beach towel or mat I’ve ever bought before! I can highly recommend it.”

For those who don’t want to take another towel to the beach, entrepreneur Stephanie Kelsey has come up with a clever product that takes beachgoers out of the worries of bringing sand home.

Beach Powder is a sand removing substance consisting of a mixture of herbal and mineral powders that removes sand instantly.

A woman recently revealed how to keep your towel from flying away when you can’t hold onto it – by digging small holes in the corner.

And here are some other microfiber towels that you can buy for your home next Vacation.
