Opening on the big screen, the sounds of the national anthem of ‘My Own Soul’s Warning’ from 2020’s ‘Imploding The Mirage’, The Killers dazzled the small crowd with paper fireworks and the sound and energy they exuded. usually for spaces 30 times this size.

We hope you enjoy your stay / It’s good to have you with us / Even if it’s just for the day“Flowers sang on “Enterlude” from “Sam’s Town” in 2006, before continuing to take the room back to the 00s with the title three of “When You Were Young”, “Jenny Was A Friend Of Mine”, and ‘ Smile Like You mean it’.

“It’s been a tough couple of years – how to hold on? All right?” Hoa asked with a grin at the crowd in front of the next track, “Thank you very much. There’s been a lot of separation, there’s been a lot of uncertainty. But one thing I’m sure of: we’re together tonight, so let’s do something about it. “

“Blowback” and “Running Towards A Place” then gave way to a surprise early broadcast of the indie classic “Mr Brightside,” as Flowers commanded fans from the top of the screen stack. “We are the Killers, and we’ll take you to the amazing Las Vegas, Nevada!” he said when the group debuted ‘Somebody Told Me’ from their debut ‘Hot Fuss’.

Reminiscing about The Killers’ recent early shows in 2022, the leader told the audience: “We did some warm-up shows in Vegas. It is good but tonight feels a little better. Thanks for coming.”

This was followed by ‘Fire In Bone’, led by Bowie-esque, with The Killers also dusting off their main cover in Joy Division’s ‘Shadowplay’, before two more issues from the ‘Pressure Machine’ year. next in the form of ‘In The Car Outside’ and ‘Runaway Horses’.

Flowers then chronicled the band’s time away from the UK with the opening piano chords of 2008’s ‘A Dustland Fairytale’.

“Oh my—how strange it has been three years,” he said. “This feels very familiar but when you look at the dates… it was a thousand days. It’s wild. ”

He continued: “I hope you can tell that we are sincere when we talk about our love for this place. Man… I mean, you changed our lives! And we love coming here – this is our spiritual home. You drew these sentimental Americans, and we won’t forget it. “

‘Runaways’ from 2012’s ‘Battle Born’ joins the compilation introduction of fan-favorite single ‘Read My Mind’. Returning to the encore, The Killers played ‘Spaceman’, ‘Human’ and the rare ‘Hot Fuss’ ‘Midnight Show’ before ending with a big song ‘All the Things That I’ve Done’.
