Ella, 23, took to social media as she shared a smile alongside half of the winning couple on the latest episode of the ITV2 show.
She beamed as she curled up with 22-year-old Jess Harding while approaching over drinks.
The championship dancer and model posted a series of snaps to their Instagram as the couple dressed up for a night out together.
Ella looked stunning as she wore a fitted, deep auburn dress and her hair was carefully styled in waves.
Meanwhile, Jess was all smiles as she wore a matching blue crop top and skirt ensemble and cream thigh-high boots.
No doubt they caught all the antics outside of the video, as Jess sipped on her cocktail while Ella opted for a glass of rose wine.
She captioned the post, “Back with my blonde best friend👸🏼.”
And fans went wild in the comments section, as one wrote: “Angels you look like sisters👯♀️.”

This comes after Mitchell confirmed there was no end in sight to the pair’s explosive feud with Kady McDermott.
The season two personality hit out at her ITV2 co-star after he accused the 27-year-old of having a “secret boyfriend” while looking for love.
Now gas engineer Mitch, 26, has revealed their bitter Love Island feud is continuing after Kady, 27, made a huge gesture.
In an interview with heat worldThe star – who is dating Ella Barnes – announced that she has unfollowed him on Instagram.
When asked, “Who is most likely to unfollow another islander?” he explained, “Kady unfollowed me today.”
When his partner Ella burst out laughing, he sarcastically claimed, “I wonder why?”
He turned to his partner and asked her opinion on the matter while she giggled, “I have to agree.”
“I was at an interview yesterday and I just stood up for all the podcasts that Kady did and talked about me and obviously Ella as fake, my friends too so I got my revenge,” Mitch explained.
“Kady didn’t like that, so she stopped following me, and obviously I stopped following her.”
