Tiffany Haddish Has NOT SETTLED The Lawsuit w/ Children Over ‘Comedy’ Video!!

Tiffany Haddish and the two alleged victims who sued her for sexual assault have NOT reached a settlement to prevent the public from seeing the original complaint, despite claims from other media reports, Media Take Out confirmed.

Tiffany and the accusers ONLY agreed to “seal” the original lawsuit, which showed the names and pictures of their accusers.

According to court documents reviewed by Media Take Out, the comedian and the two accusers who are suing her and Aries Spears privately worked out the agreement — to seal the case.

However, Media Take Out confirmed that, at the time of publication, NO SETTLEMENT has been reached as to the claims in the lawsuit. Reports of an agreement shared via social media are inaccurate.

Here’s what happened. Tiffany’s legal team moved the case from state court to federal court, and in the process court officials temporarily sealed the lawsuit because it contained multiple photos of a minor in an unclothed state.

The new judge asked Tiffany and the accusers if they wanted it sealed or released.

Since John is still a minor, the parties agreed that the lawsuit should remain classified as the photos in the lawsuit could identify him.

The two accusers, both siblings, allege Tiffany told her mother she would take her to auditions when in fact she let her film inappropriate “comedy” skits.

The complaint reads, “Haddish and Spears removed the 7-year-old victim from his sister, took him upstairs to a bedroom and stripped the child down to his underwear.”

The alleged victims are demanding damages in an unspecified amount. Tiffany and Aries have denied all allegations of wrongdoing.
