Timelesss’ Annie Wersching Has Died at Age 45

Annie Wersching recently passed away at the age of 45. According to her friends and family and confirmed by meetingthe star trek and Timeless In the summer of 2020, the actor was diagnosed with cancer.

“There is a huge hole in the soul of this family today,” her husband Stephen Full wrote. “But she left us the tools to fill it. She found miracles in the simplest of moments. […] As I drove our boys, the true loves of their lives, down the winding driveway and road, she screamed BYE! until we were out of earshot and out into the world. I can still hear it ringing. bye my buddy ‘I love you little family…'”

Born on March 28, 1977 in St. Louis, MO, Wersching guest starred on television for years before landing a starring role as Renee Walker on Fox 24 More recently, she has played numerous characters in science fiction and fantasy, including Emma Whitmore on NBC’s Timeless, Leslie Dean in Marvel’s runaways, and the Borg Queen in the second season of Paramount’s Star Trek Picard. She has even done voice work and performance tracking for video games namely for 2019 anthem and as Tess in Naughty Dogs Game 2013, The last of us.

“Annie lived for her family. She loved her job and valued her friends, but Steve and the boys were her absolute be-all and end-all,” she reads GoFundMe Page. “She is a private person by nature and the diagnosis has made her even more so. She wanted to protect her boys. She wanted to get better so she could keep working.”

Wersching is survived by her husband Steve and their three children and our thoughts are with them at this moment.
