The star began her evening at the Manchester Halls before leaving at 2am with husband Adam Croft.
Tina stopped to give £10 to a man in the street before heading to Crazy Pedro’s to continue the party.
She was joined by Colson Smith, 25, who plays Craig Tinker, and Lucy Fallon, who will return as Bethany Platt.

A second said: “No way @tinaob83 is 40 she looks so young happy birthday.”
While another added: “Happy birthday Tina. I can’t believe you’re in the big 40, you look so young and fresh.”

Their surprise split in 2009 came just a year after they had a baby together.
Since then, the soap stars have been raising their 13-year-old daughter Scarlett together, who landed her first soap opera role in Waterloo Road, in which she plays Izzie Charles, daughter of her real-life uncle, actor Adam Thomas.
Tina is now happily married to personal trainer Adam Crofts and they have a baby boy together named Beau.
