Toverland in Sevenum, The Netherlands, has announced a number of new elements in its medieval Avalon world for people of all ages as part of development.

This includes four new attractions: two large and two small, an adventurous water playground, a colorful toddler playground and “special experience elements” that are “full of magic”.

The amusement park claims: “In 2023, several new experiences full of adventure, adrenaline and mysticism await you here.”

“This area will come to life even more as all the stories about this mysterious area have not yet been told.”

The first of these four new attractions is Pixarus, the “Flying School of Magic”.

Guests will “learn what it’s like to actually be able to fly as Merlin students”.

Ride participants can choose how often their individual cars roll over.

Next on the itinerary is the Dragonwatch Drop Tower, from which park-goers jump from a height of 55 feet.

For the little guests there is the garden tour, where the magician Merlin “invites you to take a look at his special garden full of magical flowers, plants and scenes”.

Finally, there is the Jumping Juna adventure carousel, which offers children the opportunity to ride on the backs of Juna the unicorn and Sparky the dragon.

The rides will be added to those already in the world, including Fēnix, a triple-upside-down roller coaster, and Merlin’s Quest boat ride, among several other attractions.

Guests can try out the new attractions starting July 1, after the park announced the opening date earlier this year.

They said, “It promises to be one big party in the completely revamped area this weekend.”

Park tickets start at £25 for adults and £19 for children.

If it’s your birthday, you have free entry, as do children under 90 cm tall.

Meanwhile, a new £3.6million adventure park with zip lines and secret chambers has opened in the Cotswolds.

And a new £250million water park is set to be built in the UK.
