President Trump says he will be arrested on Tuesday

President Donald Trump wrote on the morning of March 18, 2023 that he would be arrested “on Tuesday.”

He made the comments in a post on Truth Social.

The post said: “Now, illegal leaks from a corrupt and highly political Manhattan prosecutor’s office, which has allowed new violent crime records to be set and whose leader is funded by George Soros, indicate that no crime can be proven and based.” based on an old and completely debunked (by numerous other prosecutors!) fairy tale, the far-from-leading Republican candidate and former President of the United States of America will be arrested next Tuesday.”

Trump concluded: “Protest, take back our nation!”

“Will follow normal procedures if it comes to that,” Joseph Tacopina, Trump’s attorney, told CNBC of whether Trump would turn himself in to authorities.

CNBC reported that the investigation concerns Trump’s firm “which is recording as legal expenses a $130,000 reimbursement to his former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, which he gave to porn star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election,” and says Trump denied to have sex with Daniels.

He told the Times the case was “the nuclear button” and called it a “political donation” from Bragg, a Democrat, “to Joe Biden,” the New York Times reported.

According to MSNBC, the investigation revolves around allegations that Trump paid hush money to porn star Stormy Daniels, who spoke to prosecutors on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

According to CNN, prosecutors “have been investigating former President Donald Trump’s alleged role in a hush-money scheme and cover-up.”
