TV Ratings for Sunday, May 15: ‘The Equalizer’ ‘The Rookie’ Finales

In the latest TV ratings, ABC’s Rookies ended its fourth season – and paid off, to some extent, its latest Chen/Bradford tease – with A total of 3.5 million viewers and a demo rating of 0.3, decreasing week by week and matching its demo low (last hit Jan 30).


Opening night of ABC, AFV (4.7 million / 0.6) and American Idol (4.9 million / 0.6) are all down – but shared the demo crown on Sunday.

Lead out of Weakest link (1.9 million / 0.3), NBC’s Billboard Music Awards broadcast dropped to a new low of 2.1 million / 0.5.

On CBS, 60 minutes drew the largest audience on Sunday (6.9 million). Equalizer (6.6 million / 0.5) dip into the demo with the second year finale, while NCIS: LA (5.2 million / 0.4) and SWAT (4 million / 0.4) are stable.

CW’s Riverdale (210K/0.0) added viewers but drowned in the demo. Hard to do!

Fox’s numbers are as follows: Duncanville (560 thousand / 0.1), The Simpsons (940 thousand / 0.3), Dai Bac (780 thousand / 0.2), Bob’s Burgers (970K / 0.3) and Family boy (1.1 million / 0.3).
