TV Ratings Sunday, May 22: ‘NCIS LA’ and ‘SWAT’ Finales — Renewed for Fall 2022

In the latest TV show ratings, CBS reports that NCIS: Los Angeles – started almost an hour late due to golf – ended Season 13 with a total of 4 million viewers, mark a low series; TVLine readers gave an average score closer to the average of “A.”.

SWAT (3.2 million) slid similarly with the first half-hour of the finale being delayed, marking the farewell of an original cast.

ABC’s American Idol Ended Season 20 with a total of 5.6 million viewers and a 0.7 demo rating, only holding steady weekly but topping Sunday in both methods; read summary. Leading up to that, AFV (4.9 million / 0.5) slide opposite CBS’s closely watched golf course.

CW’s Riverdale (250K/0.0) added some eyeballs.

On Fox, Family boyThe finale gives the best numbers (1.1 million / 0.4), followed by Bob’s Burgers (930 thousand / 0.3), The Simpsons (860 thousand / 0.3), Dai Bac (680K / 0.2) and Duncanville (590K / 0.2).
