He weighed 134 pounds during the fight before quickly gaining 35 pounds (16 kg) after defending his UFC title.

In a video posted on youtubeSterling, nicknamed the Funk Master, showed off his stunning body transformation after the fight.

It came after he went to an Italian restaurant for dinner, where he indulged in meatballs, pizza and bread … just for starters.

Sterling then treated himself to a huge plate of ravioli for the main course.

Sitting at the dining table, Sterling said to the camera, “I love food. I love carbs.”

The morning after dinner, Sterling stood in front of the mirror looking a lot less tattered than he had been during fight week.

Sterling himself seemed surprised by the transformation, saying “Woah” as he looked at himself in the mirror.

However, the New York-born fighter’s abs quickly returned as he flexed his muscles for the camera.

Then he went to the sauna to sit up after his mega meal.

Sterling, who has a record MMA record of 23-3, has been the UFC Bantamweight Champion since March 2021.

After beating Cejudo last weekend, Sterling faced rising star Sean O’Malley in the cage.

The two went head-to-head before security was forced to intervene and separate the couple, who are set to be feuding later this year.
