United States midfielder Yunus Musah attracts the interest of Internazionale following his string of World Cup appearances, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

The USA and Valencia midfielder drew attention from the Serie A side with his game in Qatar and Inter are said to be interested in a potential loan deal from January that would include a permanent option clause for next season.

That Nerazzurri are keen to continue attracting young players for the future and they believe Musah could lay a strong foundation in a midfield that includes another promising prospect in the 20-year-old Kristian Asllani.

Musah was a standout player for USA at the World Cup, starting all four games for coach Gregg Berhalter’s side, and it looks like this has led to contenders surfacing for his signature. The 20-year-old, who grew up in England and was part of Arsenal’s academy, has also attracted interest from the Premier League side.

He has made 11 appearances in LaLiga Los Che this season.
