Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters – Guide to Armory of Titan and Point Requisition

Armory of Titan in Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters has several functions. Here is the gist:

  • Think of this as a campaign progress report. Every 60 in-game days, the Grandmaster will contact your ship and certain decisions will be made.
  • In some cases, selections lead to adverse effects (i.e. research/construction speeds are slowed). However, there are cases when the benefits are worthwhile. For example, when Kai advises Vakir, you can give Prognosis. This provides a permanent +50% research speed and Vakir’s gratitude will further increase +100% research speed for 60 days.
  • The control panel allows you to choose whether to upgrade Buyback (more on this mechanic after a while).

Armory of Titan Requisition upgraded in Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters

There are five categories in Armory of Titan: Knight Requisition (better rookie), Melee Requisition (better melee weapon), Ranged Requisition (better ranged weapon), Armor Requisition (better armor) and Wargear Requisition (better accessories, grenades, Servo Skulls, and more). Increasing these levels requires some Recovery points.

Note: You can upgrade each pick only whenever Kai requires a report (ie, every 60 days) and only if you have Collect points to spare. The maximum level for each level is level 5.

The upgrades you choose will then affect the rewards you earn from quests. For example, if you’ve completed the main Nexus quest and Get your Knights at least level 3, there’s a chance that advanced classes will appear. You can then spend some Collect points to get the units and/or loot you need.

Note: If you’re not satisfied with the rewards you’ll receive for doing a quest, you can keep a backup before the Bloomspawn message pops up. Each time you reload, the reward will be different. You can keep doing this until you see handcrafted gears or ideal grades.

Glorious work and earn points Reception

There are several ways to earn more Claim points in Warhammer 40K: Chaos Gate – Daemonhunters:

  • Fire the Gray Knight – You earn a number of Claims based on the unit’s level. However, because recruiting a unit also costs points, so this is even more wasteful.
  • Events – A few events and decisions will give you Conversions, although you can also lose a certain amount based on what you choose.
  • Completing Quests and Glorious Works – By far the most common way to obtain a Claim is to complete a quest and any related Glorious Work. These are sub-goals that you can work on, increasing the challenge considerably. Here are some examples of Glorious Actions required with regular quest completion:
    • Do not use grenades (grenades must be opened).
    • Don’t use willpower.
    • Have no more than three team members.
    • Take no more than X damage.
    • No critical injuries.
    • Kill X number of enemies with melee/ranged/grenade.
