SEATTLE — The deadline for open enrollment in the Washington Health Exchange is set for Thursday, December 15.

Franke recommends that people who are new to applying for coverage through the Washington Health Exchange contact an independent healthcare broker to assist them in comparing plans. Some people may find that they qualify for free or low-cost coverage.
