Watch ex-Man Utd starlet Charlie Savage score free-kick worldie in Carabao Cup.. and Reading fans love his celebration

CHARLIE SAVAGE sealed a world friend with a kiss that delighted Reading fans.
Fans loved the former Manchester United midfielder who showed a passion that papa Robbie would be proud of in the 4-0 Carabao Cup win at Millwall.
The Wales Under-21 star caused a stir with a free-kick rocket in his second game after moving from Old Trafford to the League One newcomers.
Championship club Millwall even put up a seven-man wall – so four players together, a small gap, then three more team-mates linking arms.
But the Leicester-born Savage, 20, threw a left footed shot over them and into the near top corner to end the fight 3-0.
Away fans stormed the stands to celebrate – but they enjoyed what came next even more.
Savage ran to the fans, slid to the ground with his arms outstretched and kissed the club crest on his shirt.
The former Forest Green Rovers star was surrounded on the pitch by his team-mates and admired by fans online.
He even joined his fans and tweeted a clip of his goal.
Savage added the words: “First goal for the club (TICK), 4-0 win (TICK). Thank you for the amazing support from the @ReadingFC fans.”

A follower of the royals replied: “I’m already kissing the badge 🙂 @charliesavage84. legend in the making?”
“What a feeling!” said another and “Bow,” suggested a third.
Other replies included: “kudos Charlie” and “nice for the boy”.
And the goal itself was not to be missed by the admiring spectators.
There were reverential judgments like: “That’s Savage from Charlie!” and “That cultivated left foot”.
And with Savage also shining in a 1-0 defeat by Peterborough on Matchday 1, so far he may be content to leave Old Trafford and pursue regular football.
