Former Reds forward and Chelsea star Torres, 39, is currently the coach of Atlético Madrid’s youth team.

The Champions League, Europa League and FA Cup winner has undergone a major physical transformation since taking the helm and is getting a new, more muscular look.

And Torres made good use of his size as he took on old Liverpool pal Alvaro Arbeloa on Sunday.

The former right-back is now the coach of Real’s U19 team.

And the two Madrid rivals fought an epic Youth Cup duel in which Real emerged victorious 4-2 on aggregate.

But things spilled over when Torres and Arbeloa started a fight on the sidelines.

The two men were seen screaming before facing each other after a riot on the field.

As the benches tussled, Torres reportedly said, “I’ll blow your head off.”

This prompted Arbeloa to reply, “Start whenever you want.”

Torres then punched Arbeloa in the chest and was promptly red-carded by the referee.

The encounter stunned many as Torres and Arbeloa were mutual team-mates at Liverpool between 2007 and 2009.

One fan said: “I guess he’s crossed his Christmas card list.”

One remarked: “Liverpool legends.”

Another added: “Arbeloa should have asked to be sent off as well and to accompany Torres on the way to You’ll Never Walk Alone.”

Torres made 142 appearances for Liverpool between 2007 and 2011, scoring 81 goals.

Arbeloa played 98 times between 2006 and 2009.
