XO, Kitty is finally available to stream on Netflix and loads of people are watching the new teen series. It says To all boys The story of fan-favorite character Kitty Song Covey as she embarks on a journey to find true love.

new York Just Bestselling author Jenny Han created the show for Netflix. It’s a hit spin-off To all boys film trilogy and stars the incredibly talented actress Anna Cathcart as the lovable character of Kitty. Kitty is now 16 years old and has decided to move halfway across the world to Korea to see her long-distance boyfriend and learn more about the life of her late mother.

Since the series is set in South Korea, you might be wondering if the cast and crew actually filmed there. As always, this is not a problem for us. We shared where XO, Kitty was filmed right below.

XO, Kitty film locations

Principal filming took place from March 2022 to June 2022. The cast and crew actually filmed XO, Kitty in South Korea. More specifically, the show was primarily filmed in the country’s capital, Seoul.

The scenes were filmed at various locations in and around the city, such as Ssamzigil Shopping Mall, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Bukchon Hanok Village. A scene was also filmed at the Stylenanda Pink Hotel – 3CE. You can see this women’s clothing store in episode 1 when Yuri (Gia Kim) buys clothes there. Also featured are shops on the Strip near the Stylenanda Pink Hotel – 3CE, such as Sketchers shoe stores, On the spot Myoungdong shoe stores, and Banila Co cosmetics store. You can see these stores in Episode 1 as Kitty walks past them on the way there KISS. It is not known where the KISS scenes were filmed, but most likely they were filmed in a building somewhere in Seoul.

In addition to Seoul, scenes were also filmed in Incheon, South Korea, specifically at Incheon International Airport. For example, when Kitty arrives in South Korea in Episode 1, she arrives at Incheon Airport. The scene where Kitty leaves South Korea to return to Portland in Episode 10 was also filmed at Incheon Airport.
