The 58-year-old celebrity chef revealed during an appearance in September 2021 that he had met someone Today Show to promote his book Beat Bobby Flay.
“My girlfriend doesn’t eat meat, so I had to make a change,” he said of cooking vegetable chili.
In August 2022 Bobby Flay opened ETs Rachel Smith on his girlfriend Christina Perez.
“It’s going great. I’m a very, very happy person,” Bobby said.
“Christina, she is just a light in my life. She is so cute. she is so smart She just enriches everything I get to be a part of with her. I mean, she’s fantastic.”
“Right now, I like it just the way it is. I think Christina likes it too,” Bobby said when asked about the marriage.
Prior to his relationship with Christina, Bobby admitted on an episode of his show Beat Bobby Flay in February 2021 that he had been traveling alone since his last serious relationship ended in 2019, telling host Fran Drescher, “I’m very single. “
“She [Helene Yorke] knocked me down,” he added, implying his latest romance didn’t end well.
But Fran didn’t dare attack the chef and invited him to accompany her to an art gallery at the time, to which he replied: “Are you asking me out?” I’m blushing a bit.”
It’s unclear if Bobby ever followed up on Fran’s advances.
