Who stars in the Spanish crime series?

Netflix has released a new Spanish series and we highly recommend checking it out if you’re into thrillers. It’s called Sky High: The Seriesnot to be confused with the Disney film sky high. There is no connection at all between the two. However, it is based on the 2020 Spanish action film sky high.

Sky High: The Series is a crime series created by Daniel Calparsoro and Jorge Guerricaechevarría. Daniel Calparsoro served as co-showrunner and director, while Guerricaechevarría served as showrunner, writer and executive producer. Borja Pena and Emma Lustres have also signed on as executive producers of the series.

The show follows a newly widowed single woman named Sole who is forced to figure out how to take care of her son while conducting many businesses following the death of her husband. Determined not to join her father, a thief dealer and his business, Sole decides to remain independent from him by becoming a crime boss and joining her late husband’s robbery gang.
