After a leaked photo of Mike and comedy actor Danny DeVito having dinner, fans are now speculating that Danny could play one of these new elite tourists in Season 3. Without Jennifer Coolidge, there’s going to be a huge hole of absurdity and star power to fill, so adding Danny isn’t too far-fetched. But is the rumor true? Will Danny DeVito be there? The White Lotus Season 3?

It’s possible that Danny DeVito could star in Season 3 of The White Lotus, although the rumor could only be speculation.
After r/shawnmd posted a sneaky photo of Danny and Mike having dinner in West Hollywood on Reddit, rumors swirled that Danny would be joining the cast of The White Lotus Season 3. The only main character to appear in the first two seasons, Tanya (Jennifer Coolidge), was killed off at the end of Season 2, so we’re all excited to see who will be in the next season.

Of course, Hollywood actors go out to dinner together all the time; some are just friends who want to hang out. But we can’t help but notice that Danny is one of the greatest comedic thinkers of our time, often drawn to absurd and dark humor. He joined the cast of it’s always sunny in Philadelphia after its first season reportedly just because he loved the show so much. Since then, he’s done some really heinous things for the sake of comedy.
Danny once shaved his entire body and slid almost naked on the bar floor for one episode, covered in hand sanitizer (or some other safer gel). Always sunnyso we’re excited to see how far Danny would go white lotus. Not only that, but after losing Jennifer, who is a true Hollywood icon, we need someone like Danny to fill the spot, although no one can ever truly replace Tanya!

Fans are brimming with ways Danny’s character could fit into The White Lotus.
There are so many different versions of Danny DeVito that anything is possible. When he’s there white lotus, he would play an entirely new character, maybe a version of Danny we’ve never seen before. Still, we can’t help but hypothesize which of Danny’s previous characters would possibly go to a White Lotus Resort.

His character Always sunny, Frank Reynolds, is actually a very wealthy man who just spends his money in unconventional ways. But with his businessman role as a warthog, Frank’s easy cash will never go under. Imagine Frank Reyolds in the White Lotus? He may reunite with his long-lost love, Shadynasty, while using his toe knife and drinking Wolf Cola.

Fans are even hoping he’ll offer a new LGBTQ+ hotel manager an egg as a gift, based on Frank’s hilarious obsession with eggs. “I love eggs, Charlie,” says Frank Always sunny. “And I love crabs. And I love cooking jeans and banging whores. And I don’t care if someone doesn’t like that about me, they don’t have to stay here.” Frank certainly knows who he is.

A better match for the White Lotus might be Frank’s art collector alter ego Ongo Gablogian. Like Andy Warhol, Ongo has frizzy white hair and wears a black turtleneck. He first adopts the Persona when trying to increase the value of Charlie’s art. Perhaps Ongo finds himself in a White Lotus in Southeast Asia (where Season 3 is rumored to take place) in search of spirituality.
Of course, the most hilarious Danny DeVito character to walk into a White Lotus would be Harry Wormwood, the seedy car salesman and abusive father of the brilliant Matilda. It’s time for a totally obvious but hilarious villain to show up at a White Lotus, and we want none other than Danny. We “just love his work!”
