Will Pennsylvania Get a Fetterman-Oz Debate?

Debates between political candidates are never Socratic dialogues, but they often clarify the differences between the candidates and the campaigns. Pennsylvanians should hope they don’t have to pick a Senate nominee this year without seeing how the two candidates make their case.

Last week, Mr. Fetterman declined, citing the lingering effects of a stroke he suffered in May. “As I recover from this stroke and improve my auditory processing and speech, I look forward to continuing to connect with the people of Pennsylvania,” he said. “You will always know where I stand.”
