Woman transforms rugged 1980s caravan into luxury space perfect for 2023 – people can’t believe it’s the same vehicle
A SAVVY couple have revealed their journey of turning a shabby 1980s caravan into an incredible home on wheels.
Manon took to her social media account to share the transformation, from how it looked when they first bought it to how it finished looking.

It originally had brown wooden floors with a wooden chair inside, but they quickly transformed it into a little house paradise.
They first fabricated the bed frame at the back of the caravan, before making the seating area.
The couple then repainted the wooden furniture inside, including chairs, walls and cabinets – giving the space a fresh look.
Then they decorated the chairs with some gray cushions and made the table as well.
They then had to rearrange the floors by installing light-colored wood.
All that’s left is the decoration they showed off in the last update.
They added a Macrame hanging piece to the doorway, lots of plants and a coat hanger.
“In March we bought a caravan and decided to completely renovate the whole thing,” TikTok user @manonelize wrote.
“After many months of hard work, it’s finally finished and we love how it turned out.”
People were quick to comment after being impressed with the work they had done on the caravan.
One person said: “Very good!” as another person shared: “Wow, I was thinking of doing this with a truck!!”
Tag a friend, another said: “look, camping can also be done in your own home, perfectly suited to your preferences”.
“Yes this is amazing,” another wrote, while a fifth added: “Looks so different!”
