Yella Beezy Addresses Recent Sexual Assault Case
Yella Beezy has broken his silence about his recent arrest on an alleged sexual assault in 2021.
“I was arrested on a speeding ticket and the prosecution canceled my bail and increased it to $1,000,000 (something outrageous). The same case I was fighting is about to be dropped, but the “system” is prolonging it in hopes of catching me in it [something] so they can pin everything to me.”
He added: “But this case, which is about to be dismissed, is not a second charge!!!! Where do you get all the information from?”
Beezy is charged with a felony of sexual assault, abandoning or endangering a child, and unlawfully carrying a gun.
He denied the allegations last week.
“I can’t really speak out about a lot of things because my lawyer told me not to, but I just had to speak up because people get things wrong. I’ll have my day in court, I ain’t worried about nothing. Evidence will prove itself. As I said, a rumor spreads faster than the truth. Just trust the process.”
