A tragic young couple have been found dead in a home in Fife.

Keiran Nelson, 23, and mother Tianna Charite, 22, were found at an apartment in Cupar on Tuesday.

Police have launched an investigation into both deaths, which are currently believed to be unsolved.

It is unclear if both couples died at the same time.

The daily record The couple were reportedly spotted by Tianna’s brother after the family feared the couple hadn’t been in touch.

Keiran’s mother, Wendy Nelson, sounded the alarm this morning after revealing on Facebook that she hadn’t heard from her son since May 4th.

She added, “If I don’t hear from him today, I’ll have to report him missing.”

Unfortunately, within hours, she found that Keiran and his partner Tianna were dead.

Rescue workers rushed to the scene of the accident after a people’s concern was reported in Orchardgate in the city.

But the couple was tragically found dead.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “At around 12.40pm on Tuesday 16 May we received a report that there was a person of concern at a property in Orchardgate, Cupar.

“Emergency services were at the scene and inside were found the bodies of a 23-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman.

“The deaths are currently being treated as unexplained. The next of kin are aware of this.”
