YSL Mondo claims Gunna was ‘down the road’

YSL co-founder YSL Mondo has reacted to Gunna’s release of his new album A Gift & A Curse … and says the rapper’s rep on the street is dead.

“I’ve heard your album little mate and like I’ve always said we can’t take away the fact that you make good music but little boy you still failed on your husband’s album. I can’t take you seriously, let alone that you’re serious about rapping about street shit. Lol I might as well do gospel boy you did that on the street.”

Gunna (real name Sergio Kitchens) pled guilty after he and colleague Young Thug were arrested in May 2022 on a 56-count indictment against their Young Slime Life (YSL) crew. The treason charge came after Gunna accepted an Alford plea in which he pleaded guilty to one charge to go free. Gunna was sentenced to five years, including one in prison and 500 hours of community service.

Can Gunna be hot on the streets again?
