Zoe Moss missing: Amber Alert issued for missing 6-year-old girl in Downingtown

DOWNINGTOWN, Pennsylvania (WPVI) — An Amber Alert was issued for a missing girl in Downingtown, Pennsylvania.

According to authorities, 6-year-old Zoe Moss was last seen around 6:10 p.m. in the East Ward Elementary School area on the 400 block of Washington Avenue.

According to investigators, the girl is said to be staying with 37-year-old Vanessa Gutshall.

Police have not said whether Gutshall is related to Moss.

It is not known in what clothes the girl was last seen.

Police are looking for a gray 2016 Volkswagen Jetta with Pennsylvania tags: KXR3699.
